The purpose of this revision is to: The purpose of a preliminary plat, in accordance with Section 728.04 of the Marietta City Code, is to give conditional approval of the subdivision layout, but does not constitute approval of the final plat. The final plat for this development will be submitted at a later date for approval by the Mayor and Council upon completion of all required improvements, including but not limited to, roadways, water distribution lines, sanitary sewer lines, storm drainage facilities, and other required improvements, as shown on the attached plans.
