Preston Chase “Request to ask staff to explore potential of yearly commitment to using “Preston Chase” area as community gardens with area being subdivided for individual apartments and different groups with charges at a minimal rate. This would be a temporary use until funds are available for improving this tract of land into a park.” Requested by Mayor Tumlin.
