Budget amendment to settle up FY2013 Approval of an Ordinance amending the Fiscal Year 2013 budget to address the annual year-end settlement of accounts to move the salary savings due to unfilled positions and the operational savings by departments to capital accounts for the purchase of vehicles and equipment, to move the General Fund capital contingency to user departments to cover approved capital items, and to appropriate the operational surplus in various Funds of the City.
