House of Lu - 89 Cherokee Street The applicant is requesting a certificate of approval for the following items: 1. The exterior facade will be re-skinned with a fresh new building color-"Slate Gray" (all gray vertical gray stripes will be removed). 2. New downspouts and roof caps in "Slate Gray". 3. New windows - on Hansel Street - plan is to re-open 2 previous closed windows (optional per tenant's choice), and add 2 small crank wtyle windows in the kitchen to address negative air pressure issues. 4. To add a new front door (either wood or metal) similar to the door on page 6. The door will be reddish orange and shiny to give it a lacquer look which is a finish that is significant in the Chinese culture. 5. New lighting arm and spotlight for signage, similar to other on the Square.
