W&A Railroad Right-of-way Motion authorizing acquisition of the easements as shown on the attached exhibits along the Western & Atlantic Railroad Right-of-way from State Properties Commission for the purpose of constructing the Kennesaw Mountain to Chattahoochee River Trail - North & In-town Section in exchange for $136,320.00 to the State Properties Commission and $32,120.00 to CSX Transportation. Council member Goldstein disclosed that he, family members and/or an entity that he owns, own or lease property adjacent to CSX railroad right-of-way.
