Councilman Goldstein disclosed that he is the Manager of Marietta Shopping Center, LLC (and owner) which is a Landlord to Keith Crystal and is a General Partner of Herbert S. Goldstein Family Limited Partnership (and partial owner) which is a Landlord to Keith Crystal. To Councilman Goldstein’s understanding, Keith Crystal is a member and an owner of Your Final Notice, LLC (proposed business at the site) and the applicant.
