Marietta Parkway, and 281 Church Street from Brumby Property Investors, LLC for the purpose of constructing the Kennesaw Mountain to Chattahoochee River Trail - North & In-town Section in exchange for $422,427.00 and the following stipulations. 1. Replace two (2) ornamental light fixtures at N Marietta Pkwy. 2. Brumby Properties Investors, LLC shall not be responsible for any construction, Construction management, or installation of materials for this project.
