109 Anderson Street The applicant is requesting a Certificate of Approval for a new roof, gutter, coping, cap etc... and vent replacements. Roof membrane is either a 60-mil Johns Manville "white" TPO single-ply membrane system with a 20-year NDL warranty or a fibertite "white" TPO membrane system. Cap (front and rear),coping and gutter (rear) is dark bronze (from PAC-CLAD Peterson Aluminum PAC-CLAD color chart), which is similar to what has been used on other buildings downtown in the past. Vents will be replaced with new vents as needed.
