PASCOE requests rezoning for property located in Land Lot 12310, District 16, Parcel 0290, 2nd Section, Marietta, Cobb County, Georgia and being known as 238 Crescent Circle from OI (Office Institutional) to OI (Office Institutional) with additional use (single family residential). The use of the property as a single-family residence is hereby approved; however if the main structure is demolished, the zoning reverts back to OI, without the residential single-family residential) use.
