The condemnation of Property at 757 Powder Springs Road The condemnation of property at 757 Powder Springs Road for the purpose of a sanitary sewer easement and construction easement of said property. The purpose of said easement would be a sanitary sewer line to benefit the City of Marietta and to be paid for by the developer of the property needing the easement. As requested by Council Member Chalfant.
