The following property is hereby rezoned into the corporate limits in the City of Marietta, Georgia from OI (Office Institutional) to OI (Office Institutional) with an additional use as single-family residence. The use of the property as a single-family residence is hereby approved; however if the main structure is demolished, the zoning reverts back to OI, without the residential single-family residential) use.
