Redistricting Map Motion authorizing the commencement of the legal process to amend the Ordinances and Charter of the City of Marietta related to the ward map of the City of Marietta in accordance with O.C.G.A. § 36-35-3 and other applicable laws with Public Hearings to be held on such matter at the regular City Council agenda on Wednesday, November 14, 2012 and the regular City Council agenda on Wednesday, December 12, 2012. The City Attorney and staff are directed to carry out all legal requirements related thereto.
