Moratorium Regarding Railroad Property Zoning Motion to approve a temporary moratorium on all sign and building permits on currently non-zoned property within the City of Marietta until October 31, 2012, as to impose emergency restrictions due to astringent circumstances of lack of zoning controls on those areas, as set forth in the attached Ordinance.
