Motion to amend the Planning Commission Rules of Procedure The Rules of Procedure, Article 2, Section 4, shall be amended as follows: Subsection A shall read: The city attorney shall ask for nominations from the commission. Subsection B shall read: The city attorney shall announce all nominations for Chairman and voting shall proceed by open vote.
