Marietta wins Create Award The city of Marietta has won the Create Award from the Atlanta Regional Commission. The award is given each year to 5 Cities, Counties or School Districts that exemplify innovation and best practices in one of 5 categories. The city was recognized for innovative technology as the result of the Emergency Operations software system at the awards ceremony in Atlanta on July 10th.
