41 West Park Square Applicant is requesting a certificate of approval to paint the wood on the northside of the building, pipe and block wall, yellow to match existing paint color and to repair or replace plywood and cover hole in board. I have outlined in red, the rectangular wooden area that will be painted yellow along with the blockwall and pipes (to match existing color).
