25 West Park Square Applicant is requesting a certificate of approval for roof, butter, coping, cap, etc...and vent replacements. Roof membrane is either a 60 -mil Johns Manville "white" TPO single-ply membrance system with a 20-year NDL warranty of a fibertite "white" TPO membrane system. Cap (front and rear), coping and gutter (rear) is dark bronze (from PAC-CLAD Peterson Aluminum PAC-CLAD color chart). Vents will be replaced with new vents.
