49 West Park Square The applicant is requesting a certificate of approval for the following at the business location of 49 West Park Square. Request to allow the bone white color to be approved where it is already installed with the Dark Bronze cap, coping, gutter and other dark Bronze Metal to be approved as installed. Request to allow replacement for roof vents. Request to allow painting of the remaining building's exterior painted surfaces the same color and to make repairs and or replacement to the wood where deteriorated or rotted. Request to paint and caulk the metal topof the wood trim on the upper front of the building.
