Issuance of a call for a Special Election Motion to accept the verbal resignation of Irvan Alan Pearlberg and to approve the issuance of a call for a Special Election to be conducted on July 31, 2012 to fill the vacancy for Ward 4 within the City of Marietta including the authorization for the City Attorney and City Clerk to prepare and process any and all documents required to carry out said Special Election to be conducted on July 31, 2012.
