Qualifying dates for Special Election and establishment of candidate fee Motion to approve an ordinance to set the qualifying dates for the Special Election to be conducted on July 31, 2012 for Ward 4 within the City of Marietta and to establish the fee for candidates desiring to qualify for the Special Election to be conducted on July 31, 2012 for Ward 4 within the City of Marietta. The qualifying dates shall be Wednesday, May 23, 2012 to Friday, May 25, 2012. The qualifying fee shall be $390.00.
