2005 SPLOST Project Fund Ordinance approving an amendment to the Fiscal Year 2012 budget to reduce and reallocate the funding for the 2005 SPLOST Project Fund. Council member Goldstein has previously disclosed that he, family members and/or an entity that he owns, owns property in the downtown area and on Waverly Way. This project may go through some of that property; therefore, Council member Goldstein abstains on and will not participate on this item.
