Bellamy's Fine Art Gallery and Boutique - 31 Mill Street, Ste. 600 Patrick and Lisa Murray are requesting a Certificate of Approval for one 3 ft. x 2 ft. projecting sign over the door front of the building at 31 Mill Street. The wooden sign will hang from a black metal arm approximately 12 ft. above the sidewalk and the colors will be black with white lettering. A second sign request will be for a 4 ft. x 3 ft. wooden wall sign on the side of the building facing the railroad tracks. This sign will be black with white lettering. Dimensions for the side wall are 20 ft. tall x 40 ft. wide. A certificate of approval is also requested for a new 4 ft. x 15 ft. black awning to be placed on the front of the building.
