PNC Bank - 31 Atlanta Street - Wall Sign PNC Bank is requesting a certificate of approval to remove, repair, and replace a 228" x 40" wall sign for the RBC Bank located at 31 Atlanta Street. They will patch and repair the existing wall surface to like new condition. Repaint to match existing color finish and for brick or stone walls, fill holes with matching silicone. The new letters will be made from a flat, plastic, acrylic materal to match the colors shown on the attached picture.
