642 Allgood Road Motion authorizing acquisition of the property at 642 Allgood Rd from TransAmerica International, Inc. for the purpose of constructing the Fairground Street Improvement Project - Allgood Road to North Marietta Parkway in exchange for $66,000.00 with stipulations. The stipulations are as follows; the City of Marietta will replace the existing clay sanitary sewer service the runs between the roadway and the front building closest to the construction with a new sanitary sewer service and tie into the services running from the building per current International Plumbing Code and the City will replace the existing 6’ chain link fence impacted by construction with a 6’ wrought iron fence as approved by the Board of Zoning Appeals.
