Request by Kroger for Adult Beverage Ordinance Revision Review and consideration of a request by the Kroger Corporation to add City Code Section 8-8-4-050 “Wine Tastings” to the city of Marietta's Adult Beverage Ordinance. Council member Sinclair disclosed that his brother works as a cashier at Kroger. Council member Goldstein disclosed that he is the landlord for Marietta Wine Shop located at 14-20 Powder Springs Street.
