All store front trim should be Antique White (currently 103 and 105 only) 2.) All brick columns should be Bradstreet Beige 3.) 107, 111, and 113 have new accent colors (Davenport Tan, Rockport Gray, and Alexandria Beige, respectively) 4.) Ridgeline flashing to be painted black 5.) 111 Church Street should have the following repairs: awning removed, window glass as needed, doors replaced (if ADA permits with matching French Doors at other store fronts), create matching brick window ledge 6.) 113 Church Street should have the following repairs: window glass as needed 7.)
