Sandtown Village Subdivision Motion to revise the June 28, 2005 rezoning stipulation letter and the 2007 Detailed Plan for the Sandtown Village Subdivision amending the approved house plan to allow for plans presented by Venture Homes (signed by Bob White 7/27/11), amending the 2/14/07 Detailed plan to allowing the building heights of the homes to be built up to and including 34 feet and the footprints to match the new house plans, and amending stipulation letter (June 28, 2005) by amending stipulation 4 as follows: The house size shall range from 1,550 to 2,600 sq ft, and will be targeted to active adult buyers fifty-five (55) years of age and older. These amendments are subject to the seven (7) stipulations listed in the signed email dated 7/27/11 from Loryn Holly, representing the Sandtown Village Home Owners Association, to John Mills, as amended. Further the site plans and colored renderings submitted and signed by all parties and dated 7/27/11 are hereby incorporated as part of the approved motion.
