67-87 North Park Square Applicant requests a certificate of approval for a new fence at the property addressed as 67-87 North Park Square. Note: This approval allows the continued use of a portion of the temporary chain link construction barrier fence across approximately half of the frontage on North Park Square during the time period up to September 15, 2011 as well as across the rear of the property during the work on the repair of the wall that has already been approved. Applicant agrees as part of the approval to remove the chain link construction fence upon the earlier of 1) within five days of the completion of the repair on the front wall and coating and painting of the wall in the front area or 2) September 15, 2011.
