SCHOOL BOARD REFERENDUM Discussion of a Resolution calling for Referendum by the citizens of the City of Marietta on whether or not to adopt up to $7,145,000 in aggregate principal amount of City of Marietta general obligation bonds for the purpose of financing at Marietta High School a portion of the costs of acquiring, constructing, improving, modifying, renovating and equipping, including capitalized interest and related expenses, for a multi-use auditorium, instructional space and associated facilities. Council member Goldstein disclosed that his wife, Elise Goldstein, is an employee of the Marietta School System at the High School.
