Tower Road at North Avenue and Cogburn Motion authorizing WellStar to continue with design and installation of the traffic signal at the intersection of North Avenue and Tower Road. All design and installation work will be subject to review and approval by the Public Works Director or his designee. WellStar will be responsible for 100% of the design and installation cost.
