Kennesaw Mountain to Chattahoochee Trail - Intown and North Sections Motion authorizing Public Works Director, City Manager and City Attorney to approve a Right of Way contract with the Georgia Department of Transportation to purchase the right of way for the Kennesaw Mountain to Chattahoochee River Trail - Intown and North sections. Council member Goldstein disclosed that he and/or an entity(s) that he owns, owns property(s) on Waverly Way (along the railroad) and leases and/or owns other property between Whitlock Avenue and West Anderson Street that may possibly be part of the proposed project.
