1. Time Extension Request #3 from C. W. Matthews for a new contract completion date of October 17, 2024, concerning the Holly Springs Parkway Widening Project Phase II, RFB #2021-02.
2. Award the Holly Springs Town Center Parking Deck Electrical (RFB # 2024-06) project to Crown Retail Services, Inc. DBA Crown Service Contractors in an amount not to exceed $481,440 and authorize the Mayor to execute the Agreement between the City of Holly Springs, Georgia and Crown Retail Services, Inc. DBA Crown Service Contractors.
3. Award the Holly Springs City-Wide Sidewalk Repair and Street Tree Removal (RFB # 2024-05) project to MD Residential, LLC in an amount not to exceed $173,455 and authorize the Mayor to execute the agreement between the City of Holly Springs, Georgia and MD Residential, LLC.
