- Proposal from Southeastern Engineering, Inc. (SEI) for Task 15 to update Hickory Springs Parkway Plans and Task 18 for coordination with Patriot Rail for the Hickory Springs Parkway at-grade rail crossing in an amount not to exceed $12,130.
- Proposal from TSF Concrete dated July 31, 2024, to repair the catch basin at the intersection of Holly Street and Holly Lynn Court and the stormwater drainage repair on Old Magnolia Drive at Holly Drive, in an amount not to exceed $4,000.
