Change Order #10 — Amphitheatre trim work, interchangeable keyed cores, surface-mounted Knox Box, painting, and clear coat sealer on the stage divider wall between Reeves + Young and the City of Holly Springs, Georgia for the Holly Springs Amphitheatre (RFQ # 2025-01) in an amount not to exceed $7,200, and to ratify the signature of the City Manager.
3. Change Order #11 — Underground Plumbing and Restroom Plumbing Fixture Revisions between Reeves + Young and the City of Holly Springs, Georgia for the Holly Springs Amphitheatre (RFQ #2025-01) in an amount not to exceed $15,684, and to ratify the signature of the City Manager.
4. Ordinance to set the 2026 Millage Rate of 4.993 mills.

6. Yard of the Month<br> Kenneth B. and Lindsey M. Gearhart
