6. Duplicating Products, Inc. Sales Order # 36472 Maintenance Plan for three (3) multifunction copiers/printers for a period of forty-eight months.

10. A resolution (RES-20-2026) of the City of Holly Springs, Georgia to amend the Municipal Services Master Fee Schedule.
11. Proposal dated September 2, 2026, between LJA and the City of Holly Springs, Georgia for Right-of-Way Services regarding the Palm Street Bridge Replacement Project.
12. Letter of Support for First Baptist Church of Woodstock for the establishment of a collaborative partnership to support the development and implementation of a transitional supportive housing community for homeless single mothers and their children in our community and ratify the Mayor's signature.
13. <strong>CUP-03-2026</strong>, applicant, Nicholas LaPinta, requests a conditional use permit for a Tattoo Establishment for property located at 2800 Holly Springs Parkway, Holly Springs, GA, tax parcel 055 of tax plat 93N00.
14. <strong data-pasted="true">ORD-4-2026</strong>, proposed text amendment to Article 14: Amendments and Zoning Procedures, 14.6 Public Notice, to amend public notice requirements.
