Request approval of a Resolution urging the Georgia General Assembly to ban the over-the-counter sale in the state of Georgia of synthetic or modified kratom leaf, its variants, and any non-natural, semisynthetic derivatives or formulations purporting to be made of or with kratom leaf; to require all forms of natural kratom leaf to be sold behind pharmacy counters only; and for other purposes.
