Request approval of a Resolution to introduce proposed amendments to the Fulton County Code of Ethics, Chapter 2, Article II, Division 2 of the Code of Laws of Fulton County; to adopt the marked-up revised Code of Ethics, attached hereto as Exhibit A, as the official statement of the proposed amendments; to direct the County Attorney to prepare an adopting ordinance; to provide for implementation planning; and for other purposes.
