Request approval of a Resolution to abolish fund 419, Clerk of Superior and Magistrate Court Technology Fund, and fund 439, Clerks’ fund for Excellence in Technology in the courts; to require all fund balances and all future revenue previously associated with such funds to be deposited into the County General Fund; to preserve funding continuity for court and land records technology; to establish enterprise technology governance and reporting requirements; and for other purposes.
