Request approval to modify the classification section of the Classification and Compensation plan by reclassifying the Deputy Director, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Disability Affairs and the EEO Administrator to newly created titles of Deputy Director, Diversity and Civil Rights Compliance (salary grade 28) and Equal Opportunity Administrator (salary grade 25) respectively; and by changing the salary range for the existing title of Director, Diversity and Civil Rights Compliance to salary grade 31 and ADA Administrator to salary grade 25.
