BUDGET COMMISSION (APPROVED) The Budget Commission shall be composed of four (4) members: the County Manager; the Chief Financial Officer; one member of the Board of Commissioners nominated by Commissioners for districts 1, 2 and 3 to be the Northern Representative; and one member of the Board of Commissioners nominated by Commissioners for districts 4, 5 and 6 to be the Southern Representative. Where application of the eligibility or Vice Chair provisions leaves only one eligible Commissioner to serve within a district grouping, nomination by that group is not necessary. Fiscal Year 2027 Budget Development Cycle Commissioner Ellis is the only eligible Commissioner to serve as the Northern Representative and will serve without nomination pursuant to F.C.C. Sec. 2-263(c)(4). Vice Chair Abdur-Rahman is eligible to serve as the Southern Representative and will serve without nomination pursuant to F.C.C. Sec. 2-263(e)(1).
