Request approval of a Resolution by the Board of Commissioners to authorize the adoption and submittal of the 2026 HUD Annual Action Plan which will allow the county to secure federal funds for projects and services that support low- and moderate-income citizens. The funding includes $1,333,423.00 from the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and $599,301.51 from the HOME Investment Partnership (HOME). A Fulton County general fund match is not required for the CDBG Program. Fulton County uses its general funds to support the required 25% match for the HOME program.
