Request approval of a Resolution approving a Right of Access License and Use Agreement between Fulton County, Georgia (Licensor) and R2ISE Inc. (Licensee) for R2ISE’s use of office and gym space at County-owned property for the provision of non-clinical recovery-support services; authorizing the Chairman to execute the License Agreement and any related documents; authorizing the County Attorney to approve the License Agreement and any related documents as to form and to make modifications thereto prior to execution; and for other purposes.
