Request approval of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Fulton County, the Fulton County Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (BHDD) and Grady Memorial Hospital Corporation d/b/a Grady Health System for the purpose of continuing integrating strategies to provide medication assisted outpatient treatment of substance abuse for Fulton County residents. Fulton County shall pay Grady Memorial Hospital in an amount not to exceed $464,000.00 annually or as otherwise provided by an amendment to this MOU. Effective January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026. (APPROVED)
