Request approval of a Substantial Amendment to the HUD HOME-ARP Allocation Plan. This plan describes how the County intends to allocate $2,432,222.00 in HOME-ARP funds, authorized by the HOME-American Rescue Plan Program. The proposed amendment reallocates funds to support financial assistance, short-and medium-term rental assistance (Supportive Services) for low to moderate income individuals and families.
