Request approval of a Resolution approving a Radio Communications Tower Lease Agreement between Fulton County, Georgia (Lessee) and the Georgia Technology Authority (Lessor), for premises located at 5651 Stonewall Tell Road, College Park, Georgia from the effective date through December 31, 2025, with nine (9) annual renewal terms, at no monetary rental cost to the County; authorizing the Chairman to execute the Lease Agreement and related documents; authorizing the County Attorney to approve the Lease Agreement and related documents as to form and to make any modifications thereto prior to execution; and for other purposes.
