Request approval to renew existing contracts - Department of Real Estate and Asset Management, 25ITBC1352939C-JH, Plumbing Supplies and Related Items in the total amount not to exceed $90,000.00 with (A) Plumbing Distributors, Inc. (Lawrenceville, GA) in the amount not to exceed $50,000.00; (B) Levonne Industries, LLC (Atlanta, GA) in the amount not exceed $20,000.00; and (C) Equiparts Corp, (Oakmont, PA) in the amount not exceed $20,000.00, to provide plumbing supplies and related items for Fulton County facilities on an “as needed” basis. This action exercises the first of two renewal options. One renewal option remains. Effective dates: January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026. (APPROVED UPON ADOPTION OF THE CONSENT AGENDA)
