Request approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement between Fulton County and the City of South Fulton, for the provision of the Digital 800 MHz Radio System Access, October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2026 with three (3) automatic renewals commencing October 1 of each successive year, in the amount of $384,057.00 annually for years 2025 and 2026 and $407,082.00 for years 2027 and 2028, and for the Records Management System (RMS) in the amount of $175,904.15 annually covering October 1 - September 30 of each successive year.
