Request approval of a Resolution authorizing the sale of County-owned properties consisting of rights-of-way, a permanent construction easement area, linear access and onsite improvements to the Georgia Department of Transportation located at 0 Arlington Drive NW and 4330 Fulton Industrial Boulevard SW, for the purpose of constructing roadway improvements; authorizing the Chairman to execute the deeds and related documents; authorizing the County Attorney to approve the deeds and related documents as to form and to make modifications thereto prior to execution; and for other purposes.
