Request approval of a Resolution authorizing Fulton County to accept a Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) contract and funding for costs associate with the Customs and Border Protection Facility at the Fulton County Executive Airport - Charlie Brown Field, when the contract is delivered to Fulton County; authorizing the Chairman to execute the contract with GDOT and related documents; authorizing the County Attorney to approve the contract and related documents as to form and to make necessary modifications thereto prior to execution.
