Request approval of a Resolution authorizing the transfer of three (3) deeds for rights-of-way and limited access rights from Fulton County (Grantor) to the Georgia Department of Transportation (Grantee) for County-owned remnant parcels located at or near 0 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Atlanta, Georgia, 0 Oakcliff Drive, Atlanta, Georgia, and 0 Shirley Drive, Atlanta, Georgia, for the purpose of constructing roadway improvements; authorizing the Chairman to execute the deeds and related documents; authorizing the County Attorney to approve the deeds and related documents as to form and to make necessary modifications thereof prior to execution.
